Over the years, H2O’s multidisciplinary team of entrepreneurial scientists and engineers has had the opportunity to work with world class scientists on environmental technologies across multiple sectors such as waste treatment, energy efficiency, environmentally friendly pest control and carbon credits.This is an area of our practice that we are interested in developing, particularly where there is strong application in developing countries.
We can add most value working with technologies that are (at least very close to being) market ready, and where the business planning is raw and unformed. We particularly like to work with technologies where the potential market opportunities are many and varied.
We would welcome discussions with donors, private investors interested in developing a portfolio in this sector, as well as researchers with compelling near market technologies.
